Školovanje, putovanja i dve velike ljubavi: Život Kejt Midlton pre nego što se udala za princa Vilijama

Supruga princa Vilijama elegantna Kejt Midlton venčanjem koje je održano 29. aprila 2011. godine postala je i službeno vojvotkinja od Kembridža. Od tada mediji širom sveta pomno prate svaki njen korak i njen privatni život od toga je dana zaboravljen.

The Duke and Duchess took part in a friendly rowing competition on the River Neckar, joined by rowers from both Cambridge and Heidelberg. Before setting off Kate had jokingly told her crew, “No pressure, but I do want to beat my husband!” William and Kate were both at the helm of their respective boats, attempting to lead their teams to victory across the river. In the end, it was William’s team that took the number one spot! This is not the first time the couple have raced each other on the water. On the 2011 tour of Canada, the couple took part in a dragon boat race, which William won. Then in New Zealand in 2014, Kate won a sailing race, and William claimed that he was 'sabotaged' and that he let her win because he 'wanted a quiet night'. Vojvotkinja Kejt se rodila u Redingu, u Berkširu, u imućnoj građanskoj porodici kao starija ćerka oca Majkla i majke Kerol, pa je dugo živela van domovine i često bila na putu budući da je otac u to vreme radio kao menadžer za British Airways, dok je majka bila stjuardesa. Tako su dve i po godine živeli i u gradu Amanu u Jordanu.

Back in April 2010, a few months before their engagement, Kate and William attended the wedding of friends David Jardine-Paterson and Emilia D'Erlanger. (Swipe left) Kate wore a bright red Issa jersey dress, a fascinator, Aspinal of London 'Eaton' clutch in black, Cassandra Goad 'Temple of Heaven' gold earrings that she still wears, and Prada 'Patent Platform Pumps'. Emilia Jardine-Paterson is one of Prince George's godparents and is credited with introducing William and Kate to one another in 1999. She attended Marlborough College with Kate, where the girls played on the same hockey team, and they have remained friends since. Emilia was also a good friend of William and Harry's during their teenage years. Her husband David attended Eton with William, and his brother used to date Pippa Middleton. Emilia is an interior designer, and it is thought that she may have helped Kate renovate Kensington Palace. She was often seen clubbing with Kate during the 2000's and stuck by her during her split from William in 2007. Emilia and David have a son close to George's age, and they have attended George's past birthday parties at the palace.

Pre nego što je upisala studije na Univerzitetu Sent Endrjuz u Škotskoj, gde je i upoznala svog budućeg supruga, kratko vreme je studirala renesansnu kulturu u Firenci u sklopu kojeg je otišla i na putovanje u humanitarne svrhe u Čile.

2. Danas sa princom Vilijamom ima dva prekrasna deteta, skladan brak i kraljevsku titulu, ali manje je poznato da je Kejt pre njega imala dve velike ljubavi.

The Cambridges have officially completed their five day tour of Poland and Germany, and are now headed back home. (Videos at the end) Before departure, George was delighted to be allowed a look around some helicopters at Airbus. Poor little Charlotte took a bit of a tumble on the tarmac before boarding the plane. Antoine van Gent, head of flight testing at Airbus, said: "George was excited, with the first helicopter he wanted to sit in the cockpit and then he wanted to sit in the next one, he already knew there was a difference between them." "Charlotte was also excited, after her brother had sat in the cockpit she wanted to as well. Charlotte asked her mother if she could push a button and The Duchess glanced at us and asked if it was ok and we said yes." It is George's fourth birthday tomorrow! - Sedele bismo tako sve zajedno i razgovarale o momcima, a Kejt bi uvek govorila kako joj se niko ne sviđa, a neretko bi se našalila kako niko nije kao princ Vilijam - izjavila je prijateljica Džesika Hej.

3. Pre nego što joj je kraljica Elizabeta dodelila titulu vojvotkinje od Kembridža, Kejt Midlton obavljala je regularne poslove. Nakon diplome koju je stekla 2005. godine zaposlila se kao asistent u prodaji u jednoj londonskoj kompaniji, a po potrebi je čak bila zamoljena i da služi kafe. Nakon dve godine napustila je posao, a u novembru 2010. sa princom Vilijamom je zvanično objavila veridbu.

4. Kako najvažniji dan u njenom životu ne bi bio zaboravljen, Kejt se potrudila oko svakog detalja. Tako su na dan venčanja 29. aprila 2011. korišćene mirisne sveće i losioni za osvežavanje raskošnih VIP toaleta u Vestminsterskoj opatiji, na zahtev ljupke Kejt koja je želela omiljene prolećne mirise, losione i mirisne sveće Jo Malone Orange Blossom. Tog dana je, simbolično, u svom bidermajeru nosila cvet Sweet William.

5. Britanska javnost jednostavno je obožava i kao fotografa. Naime, ona vrlo često zna da na službenom profilu kraljevske porodice na društvenim mrežama objavi neke od najslađih fotografija svoje dece, supruga ili pak roditelja i porodice.
